1. No order will be started until payment IN FULL has been received.
2. Once works have started on an order there will be NO REFUNDS as we cannot resell a custom made item.
3. All orders are sent via registered post once finished, Express post will only be used if the order is urgent however registred tracking will still be included as part of your postag costs.
4. We ask all customer multiple times to check sizes, colours, and spelling of your order, if you confirm that all details are correct when asked, Fun and Funky will not be held responsable for any mistakes.
